Megan Welch returns for her second season as Assistant Coach. A 2002 Endicott graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and a concentration in Athletic Training, Welch made an immediate impact as a player, taking on a starting role as a freshman point guard and then moving to the shooting guard position for her junior and senior years. Welch captained the team her senior year.
As a student-athlete she implemented a plyometrics workout that the team still uses today. She was one of six in her graduating class to be honored with the President's Award for her leadership and commitment to Endicott and the surrounding community.
Coach Welch is an Orthopedic Technician at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was an Athletic Trainer for the Boston Breakers in their 2002 and 2003 seasons. She is a Vermont native and currently lives in Salem.
